METC will held at the St. Charles Convention Center, One Convention Center Plaza, St. Charles, MO 63303. The exhibit area will be open Tuesday, February 9, 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Wednesday, February 10, 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Please indicate your first, second and third choice of location (see floor plan) on the exhibitor contract. Please note price difference based on space requested. Space will be assigned in the order in which contracts and payments are received. CSD reserves the right to make any adjustments necessary throughout planning.
Single booth (10' x 10') includes lunch for two on Tues & Wed - $615.00
Double booth (10' x 20') includes lunch for four on Tues & Wed - $1,055.00

Booth payment or written arrangements, approved by CSD, must be made by December 11, 2009 in order for booth space to be held. Space is limited thereafter.
Plan specifc demonstrations of your product or service to attract METC attendees to your booth! Demos may include This is a great opportunity to increase traffic to your booth. You must respond by December 11, 2009 to be included in METC's conference program book.
Display space may be set up in the St. Charles Convention Center on Monday, February 8 from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m. The exhibit hall will open Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Dismantling cannot begin before 3:30 p.m., but must be completed by 6:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Exhibitors may sell items during the exhibit. Neither CSD nor St. Charles Convention Center are responsible for any losses or liabilities that occur due to this activity.
Become a METC sponsor and receive special recognition throughout the conference from recognition during each day’s morning keynote and conference program to sponsorship signage in the convention center and in your booth. Sponsor opportunities include:
Download attendee information after the show from those who visit your booth and swipe their name badges. Elliott Data will be the provider of the hardware and will facilitate the download at the end of the conference. Fee is $200 for a TA600 Portable Magstripe Reader in your booth.
On Tuesday, February 8, a Meet the Exhibitor event will be held in the Exhibit Hall offering refreshments for conference attendees to browse the exhibit hall and chat with vendors after the last breakout sessions. This is another opportunity for you to demo your products. During this exhibitor time, consider organizing a special demo or event in your booth!
This special event, sponsored by METC and all vendors, will be promoted with signage indicating the sponsorship.
CSD offers vendors the opportunity to advertise in the METC program this is distributed to the conference participates and to CSD members.
*A submission order to reserve your space must be received by November 16, 2009 with payment.
*Advertisement must be submitted by December 11, 2009.
CSD reserves the right to place advertisements according to overall aesthetics of the program and the right to reject ads and links deemed inappropriate by CSD.
Ad fees will not be refunded after December 11, 2009. Ads are accepted on a first come basis.
Heritage Exposition Services, St. Louis is the official decorator for the exhibit area. all contracted exhibitors will receive a packet that includes information on shipping, storage and prices for miscellaneous items (e.g. phone lines, internet, additional table or chair rental, etc.). For information call 314-534-8500.
Cancellation of any portion of the exhibit contract must be made in writing to CSD and will be effective on the date of receipt. If the cancellation is received by January 22, 2010, the refund amount will be 75%. There will be NO refunds after January 22, 2010.

- Each 10’ x 10’ exhibit will be set with 8’ high backwall drapery and 3’ high side rail draperies. With every booth purchased you receive:
- One – 7” x 44” Exhibitor I.D. sign
- One – 8’ draped table & two side chairs
- Security guard services
- 1 – 500 Watt electrical outlet (FREE, if ordered by Dec 19, 2009; use decorator order form attached to exhibitor application)

One or two color ad files must be pms 355U green, and/or black. Submit pdf files and images as press ready resolution or (300 dpi halftone), (1200dpi line art). Be sure to include all fonts and images with your pdf. Adobe Illustrator files CS2, Quark 7, or lower are also acceptable. Please convert all type to outline before sending. |
